Terms of Service

These terms apply to Sponsor My Ultras, operated by Luodaint LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By placing a bid, you agree to these terms and the sponsorship details shown for your selected spot. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Who may participate

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. If bidding for a business, you must be authorized to act for it. Provide accurate contact details, a valid website and artwork you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate another brand, manipulate bids, interfere with the service or upload unlawful content.

2. What you are sponsoring

You are purchasing advertising and sponsorship exposure for the selected season, not software, ownership of race kit, an investment or a charitable donation. The placement description identifies the item, location and visibility. The sponsorship includes your logo on the agreed kit spot, your brand and website link on this site, and a place in season race updates.

Models illustrate placement rather than exact print dimensions. Final size and application depend on the garment, artwork and printer. Spots beneath the vest are visible only when it is not worn or is removed. Mud, motion, race bibs and equipment may obscure other placements. Races can last 10–30 hours, but we do not guarantee a particular race duration, finish, audience size, impressions, clicks or business results.

3. Seasons and bidding

A season runs from January 1 through December 31 of its displayed year. Bidding closes at 23:59 Europe/Madrid on December 31 immediately before that season. The site's server determines whether a payment arrived before the cutoff. There are no automatic extensions.

The displayed minimum and bid increment apply when you bid. Submitting a form or reaching the payment confirmation screen does not establish a leading bid: Stripe must confirm successful payment. The highest qualifying paid bid holds the spot. An equal, stale or late payment cannot displace a qualifying higher bid. Unpaid and failed bids do not reserve a placement.

4. Payment and automatic refunds

You pay the full bid immediately through Stripe Checkout. Prices are in US dollars and include applicable tax; the total is shown before payment. There is no second charge when bidding closes and no automatic annual renewal.

If a higher qualifying paid bid replaces yours, we refund your full payment, including any tax collected. We also refund a payment that cannot qualify because it is stale, equal to a competing leading bid, confirmed after the cutoff or confirmed after the season has settled. We cover payment processing fees; they are not deducted from these refunds. A refund is initiated when the replacement or ineligibility is confirmed, but Stripe and your bank may take time to process it.

Do not assume a voluntary bid withdrawal entitles you to an immediate refund while you still hold a qualifying spot. Contact us about errors or cancellation requests. Nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights that applicable law gives you. Sandbox transactions are tests and do not charge real money.

5. Artwork, approval and permissions

You retain ownership of your logo. You grant us a non-exclusive license to reproduce, resize and display it on the agreed kit, this website, and photographs or updates documenting the sponsored season. Previously published race photographs and historical season records may remain after the season ends. This does not grant us ownership or permit unrelated merchandise sales using your logo.

We review artwork before production and may request a print-ready file or adjustments. We may decline unlawful, misleading, infringing or unsuitable sponsorship content. If we reject a paid sponsorship and cannot agree on acceptable artwork, we refund it in full. Using a brand of equipment does not mean that equipment manufacturer endorses us or your sponsorship.

6. Changes to races or fulfillment

Injury, weather, race cancellation, event rules or equipment damage can affect the season. We will explain material changes and discuss a reasonable replacement or remedy. If we cannot deliver the agreed sponsorship and you do not accept an alternative, we will refund the undelivered sponsorship. We will not materially substitute your placement without your agreement.

7. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in operating the site, but occasional outages and third-party payment delays may occur. Keep your private payment-status link confidential and contact us promptly about an incorrect bid or refund. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or business results from advertising. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Updates and disputes

Delaware law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections applicable where you live. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. We may update these terms for future transactions and show the effective date here. Material changes will not retroactively change an existing paid sponsorship without your agreement or a legal requirement.
